It seemed the details they missed could have been caught a long time ago and should've been worked out. This made the whole process way more stressful than needed. It sounded like the loan might not even go through! Which upset the seller, the real estate agent and myself. The process after closing has been very confusing on who we pay. They haven't been very clear but the loan was transferred to another provider. Emily and Brittany are very nice and quick to get your info to get the loan working.

While I've had other banks attempt to harass me at work, demand to know how to undercut the competition (despite giving me a 'best offer'), and even go so far as to try to literally point out how 'old banks aren't cool any more, and you should be with the 'hip', new crowd' (like some middle-aged person trying to appeal to a high school drug education class), Emily and people's have done not only a service to be professional, but have shown a number of values: Integrity, Trustworthiness, Education, Accountability, Compassion, and Honesty, in the way they approach all things. Only a few others of the people I talked to even reached this level. Bravo.

I was a first time home buyer and unsure of many processes, and this company caused me so much stress on top of all the other stress that comes with buying a home. On my planned closing day, (60 days after my offer was accepted) they were still waiting on final approval for my loan. Their lack of communication leads me to believe they dropped the ball and did not turn in required documents in a timely manner. My closing day got pushed back 2 days and the poor mishandling almost cost me my new house!

Not sure why they waited until the last second to crunch numbers but it was ridiculous. We had to do a wire because we’d already got the cashiers check and then the wire wasn’t processed until 8am the day of closing and it takes 2 hrs. Needless to say it was so frustrating!!!

August 30, 2017 Emily went above and beyond to make sure everything went well. She made herself available to us virtually 24/7 to answer questions and worked outside normal business hours to ensure a timely result. Emily would travel documents to my location to expedite the process. Furthermore, Emily strategically waited until close to my closing to lock in a 15 day gurentee rate (which is typically lower than a 30 or 60 day lock due to market fluctuations). She was very helpful, polite and professional to work with. She was very knowledgeable and recommend her to anyone who wants a real professional working for them.
